Whether we are acting on your behalf as a fiduciary contracted by the Department of Veterans Affairs, representative payee designated by the Social Security Administration, or Private Conservator our goal is to ease the burden of families concerning financial affairs and/or daily life activities. Fiduicary
What is the Department of Veteran Affairs Fiduciary program? The fiduciary program provides oversight of VA’s most vulnerable beneficiaries. These are people who are unable to manage their VA benefits on their own, or simply find it easier to have someone manage it for them. This might be because of injury, disease, advanced age or youth. Annually, the VA also conducts oversight of VA-appointed fiduciaries to ensure VA beneficiaries’ needs are beeing met.
What is a fiduciary? A fiduciary is a person or entity appointed by VA to receive benefits on behalf of a beneficiary. The benefits must be used to support the beneficiary or their dependents. For more information, please follow the link:
Representative Payee
Social Security's Representative Payee Program provides benefit payment management for recipients who are incapable of managing their Social Security or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) payments. The Social Security Administration appoints a suitable representative payee who manages the payments on behalf of beneficiaries.
Probate
Clarity Stewards, LLC takes a proactive approach to protecting the estates of our clients who pass away unexpectedly. Clarity Stewards, LLC encourages all of our clients to work with their love ones to procure a comprehensive Last Will and Testament, or if one is not feasible, we will work closely with a network of experienced attorneys to ensure that deposition of any estate funds retained by our office follow strict compliance with all state and local laws.
Guardian Support
Clarity Stewards, LLC currently does not manage court appointed guardian cases however, we reserve the right to support court appointed guardians as a fiduciary or representative payee by managing the financial affairs of another person who lacks the capacity to make their own decisions.
Private Conservator
Clarity Stewards, LLC provides conservator services to manage the financial affairs and/or daily life of persons voluntarily seeking assistance with managing his/her financial affairs.
